Burgundy Franche-Comté cell imaging platform

Spectroscopy Imaging Platform (PIMS)

The Imagerie Spectroscopique site (PIMS) is under the supervision of the Institut Agro Dijon and the University of Burgundy Europe. It offers a range of photonic equipment (microscopes and spectrophotometers) for cellular and molecular imaging. Its aim is to answer scientific questions using multi-modal techniques for in situ visualisation, characterisation and identification in various scientific fields belonging to the life sciences.

Location

This technical platform is located in the north wing of the Epicure building at the Institut Agro Dijon, 1 Esplanade Erasme.
This shared facility is open to all researchers in the public and private sectors.

See the map at the bottom of the page for our location.

Staff

The PIMS platform employs 3 people for a total of 1.5 full-time equivalent positions. It has expertise in the identification and characterisation of molecular interaction mechanisms. It combines microscopy and photonic spectroscopy techniques.
